Subscriptions

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis (“Subscription(s)”). You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis per the terms of our Subscription agreement.

Our Service allows you to view and download information and files, and allow you to link to other websites. We also allow you to request information or access to our member areas. You are responsible for the maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials. No information on our website should be considered to be medical or legal advice, and does not create a physician/patient or attorney/client relationship. (Nor does it create a priest/penitent relationship, but that is a different issue.)
